    What is your return policy? Please read carefully!


    • Gin Creek Home: All home decor, pillows, linens and lighting are final sale. Please read all product descriptions carefully and purchase with a purpose. We are not able to accept any returns on these items. 
    • Gin Creek Clothing:  We want you to love your clothing as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your Gin Creek Clothing item, your unworn, still tagged (if applicable), unused item(s) may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery date.
    • Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your garment retains its original quality.
    • If items are sent back outside of the 14 day window they will be returned to sender and no store credit will be issued. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. We strongly urge you to ship returned items with tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing merchandise. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Our return policies are firm and we will not make exceptions. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms.


      What if an item is damaged?

      If your item is damaged upon arrival please take photos and email them to gincreekkitchen@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will do everything we can to make it right! 

        I am having trouble ordering. What am I doing wrong?

        If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser it may be the problem. We recommend using Chrome, FireFox or Safari. If the problem persist please contact us at gincreekkitchen@gmail.com and we would be happy to help you complete an order! 

        How much does shipping cost?

        It's easy. $8.00 flat rate shipping and free shipping on all orders over $100 for the 48 contiguous states. We keep things simple, you shop and we ship.

        Effective May 1, 2017 we have a flat rate shipping of $5 for all orders for the 48 contiguous states.

        Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $20 with a minimum purchase of $20. This is due to the extremely high cost to ship items from Tennessee to those states.  

        How will my products be shipped?

        In order to keep shipping costs affordable we will use UPS, Fedex or USPS to ship your items. If you purchase multiple items they may be sent in more than one box. 

        When will my products ship? 

        All orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase. We want you to get your new item just as much as you do. You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your item ships. 

        Do you ship outside the USA?

        Unfortunately, no. We do not ship internationally at this time.
